Donny Higgins, as most know, was a kind and caring South Bostonian, who was taken from this life at much too young an age. He was a man who helped others in so many ways. A great son, broth- er, husband and father, family was so important to him and so too were his many MANY friends. His passing was a big loss to the entire neighborhood.
