We are excited to continue to build on this partnership with our federal officials. CLX Economic Development Team Attends TrustBelt Conference In August, the Commerce Lexington Inc. Economic Development team attended the TrustBelt conference in Louisville. TrustBelt is the only event of its kind focused exclusively on the redevelopment of the former U.S. Rust Belt. This conference brings together corporations, site selec - tion consultants, and economic development agencies. It gives our team the opportunity for professional development and networking with consultants and decision makers. Secat Celebrates 20 Years in Lexington In late August, Secat celebrated its 20th anniversary in Lexington. Secat is a metallurgical research laboratory specializing in aluminum technology. They assist companies with materials testing, failure analysis, alloy devel - opment, and the enhancement of processes and properties. Secat also provides services related to new product development, energy assess - ment, and marketing and business analysis.
