For those wishing to practice earlier, the Outdoor Track facility will be open from 12-6pm. Packet Pick Up: Friday, January 11 from 4-6pm at the Dempsey Indoor (Announcer’s Stage) Saturday, January 12 from 8am-1pm at the Softball Ticket Office Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be posted no later than Thursday morning, January 10. Heat sheets posted online are TENTATIVE, and will likely see several revisions prior to Saturday. FINAL HEAT SHEETS (or as close as we can get to final) will be available for coaches at PACKET PICK UP on both mornings of the competition. Please send all scratches to [email protected]. This is very helpful in adjusting heats. Dual Scoring: Due to the new rule (please see below), dual scoring is no longer necessary. 20.9.6.3.3 Counting Multiteam Events in Individual Sports. In cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field, a multiteam event shall count as one contest. In the individual sports other than cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field, not more than three institution-versus-institution meetings shall be counted as contests in any multiteam competition (e.g., quadrangular meet). If the institution achieves a single score in competition with the other competing institutions (e.g., a conference championship), it shall be counted as one contest.
