Having served on the Board of Oahu Transit Services(OTS) for the last 15 years, I can attest to Mr. Morton’s outstanding performance as President of OTS. Since the Written OTS is monetarily the biggest item in the DTS’ Budget, having someone who has served as Testimony OTS President lead the DTS makes a lot of sense. I guaranty you that Mr. Morton can hit the ground running with his familiarity of OTS. DTS and how the City operates . As someone who has held a number positions with the City, 1 can tell you that Mayor Blangiardi has made an excellent choice is selecting Mr. Motion to head up DTS.
