The Bulgarian Stud Book has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of the International Stud Book Committee (ISBC). In compliance with the requirements of the ISBC, the information about the horses has been presented in (?) sections. Each section contains specific information and the necessary data about the horses. The Bulgarian Stud Book starts with the rules and regulations for registering Thoroughbred horses in the Republic of Bulgaria. He would talk with delight about the radio of his childhood, but always it was the music. As an adult his listening joy was what he called "the music of his life;" what we refer to as the American Songbook sung by Judy Garland, Tony Bennett & my favorite, Sinatra. One of my most loving memories was with my father, Martin Block on the radio & semi-lit hallways in an apartment building where we lived in Brooklyn.

Tlleirs was a brief encounter, lasting less than three years, much of which was spent apart. Nevertheless, out of this intensive. conjunction. spurted flames, somewhat lurid, but rendered invisible by the exaggerated reticences of that era. Paul courted Elizab:eth, took her on a trip· to Europle, married her, and then died, leaving her their daughter. Mrs. Akers was widely eommiserated on the premature loss of her popular, talented husband and she said nothing at the time to undermine the public estimate of Paul as an incandescent child of nature, guileless and gracious and good.
