OT EVENTS Pre-Super Bowl LIV Celebration the Purpose of This OT EVENTS Pre-Super Bowl LIV Celebration The purpose of this promotional campaign is for OT EVENTS to plan a pre-Super Bowl LIV party for the NFL as they conclude their 100th season. This celebration will be held prior to the NFL Honors event later that evening and it will serve as a formal hype event that will help contribute to the build up towards Super Bowl LIV. This event will be for the upper echelon of the celebrity world, and the NFL will send out invitations to 200 VIPs of their choosing along with a plus one for each. These VIPs will range from athletes, celebrities, politicians, musicians and others. This event will feature live entertainment from DJ Funky Fresh Dave along with a catered lunch by Miami Q Catering and a sample of some of Miami’s best delicacies in a small “swag bag.” Analysis of Key Publics: The National Football League (NFL) ● Opportunity to have a first time event that will be sure to fit right in with all of the other Super Bowl LIV activities. ● Opportunity for the NFL to show the Super Bowl host city (Miami) some gratitude and that they care about the businesses in the area with the swag bag. ● A way to get upper class celebrities to attend a private event and garner some good press for the NFL. Guests (Celebrities and their plus one) ● Opportunity to be considered one of the most important celebrities according to the NFL and OT EVENTS. ● Obtain good press for themselves or something they are representing by being a part of the event. ● Enjoy a simple celebration as they prepare for Super Bowl LIV the following day. Sponsors/Corporate Backers ● Opportunity to be involved in a first year event that has a great opportunity of continuing. ● Opportunity to get their brands and company names listed with the VIPs at the event along with the NFL. ● Possibility to expand into a new market. Benefit Statement OT EVENTS can assure that this event will be an exciting showcase of what Miami has to offer. It will be a high class event that will allow various celebrities the chance to have a celebration of the NFL season in a party-type atmosphere. It will allow smaller Miami brands to put themselves on a larger scale and market to upper-class clients. Tone of Message The tone of message for this promotional campaign should be professional but also have an upbeat feel because we are dealing with business professionals, but we are also in the party planning business, so if they feel excited then our guests will be. PR Objectives ● To make guests and sponsors aware of this elite event in the city of Miami as well as OT EVENTS and the effect that we leave on the celebration. ● To have an effect on the key public’s acceptance of a first time event that is for the elite with hopes that this can become a yearly event for Super Bowl host cities to experience. ● To have an effect on the key public’s actions by our guests posting on social media, by buying products from our sponsors, and for the NFL to make this a yearly event. ● To have an effect on Miami as a whole by putting them at the forefront with this event. Evaluation Methods ● By the amount of corporate sponsorships are obtained for this first time event. ● By the amount of social media engagement we receive prior, during and following the event. ● By the positive reviews we receive from the VIPs, vendors and supporting companies ● By the amount of job offers OT EVENTS receives in the near future. .
