LANDLINE TELEPHONE with High Quality Bluetooth Speaker USER MANUAL LANDLINE TELEPHONE With High Quality Bluetooth Speaker USER MANUAL PVNTL53BT Installation 1. Connect the telephone handset cord to the handset jack 1 2. Connect the telephone line cord to the line jack 2 3. Connect the other telephone line cord to the telephone wall socket 4. Adjust the desired level (L/H) of the ringer signal with the switch on the under side of the telephone (see pictures below) NOTE: When picking up the handset, if you can hear sound it means your connections are correct. Back panel function Before operation please makes sure the adapter (110W-220W) is connecting and power button is on status, please check the LED indicator on keypad, it is in red color and which means it works well. OFF means power shut off. See pictures below. 2 Keypad Panel Function Parts Included Your new telephone includes the following items: 1 Telephone Body 1 Line cord 1 Adapter 1 Telephone handset 1 Owner’s manual 1 Warranty card 1 Handset coil cord 1 3.5mm jack cable 3 How to Use 1. Tone/Pulse switch On the bottom of telephone base is the P/T switchable dialer. If you have touch tone service then slide the switch to the T (Tone) position; if you have rotary dial service then slide the switch to the P (Pulse) position. 2. Making and Answering Calls To get a dial tone or answer an incoming call, lift the handset. To hang up, either replace the handset or simply press the HANDSET CRADLE. Making calls via landline telephone Pick up the handset, when you can hear sound which means the telephone works well, you can dial out correspondent numbers you want via number button on keypad to talk with someone you want. Receiving landline calls When the landline number called, you can hear the telephone ring sound, pick up the handset to receive the incoming calls directly. Receiving mobile phone calls via Bluetooth Once the smart phone search for telephone Bluetooth speaker, It will be displayed as PYLE SPEAKER, once pairing successfully, When mobile phone called, you can hear the smart phone ring sound from speaker, press “ ” button to receive incoming calls via speaker or pick up the handset to receive the calls, at this time the LED light on keypad is in blue color. Press“ ” button again to finish calls. 3. Ringer H/L switch You can choose the loudness of the ringing of the phone by the ringer switch located on the bottom of telephone base to either H (High) or L (Low) position 4. Last Number Redial (REDIAL) The feature may be used to speed dial the last number dialed. Simply pick up the handset listen for dial tone and then momentarily press the REDIAL button, the last number dialed will dial out automat- ically. 5. Flash Function (FLASH) If you get a busy tone after entering the number, press the FLASH button first, after hearing the dial tone, institute a dial tone for another call. Press the FLASH button to terminate a call, and institute a dial tone for another call to getting another call from call waiting. 6. Charge for smart phone/iPod This unit has a USB charging port. With a standard USB charging cable, connect the USB output termi- nal port (CHARGING, see picture above) to charge the phone and iPod. (Output voltage DC 5V-2A) 4 How to Use Bluetooth You can connect your Bluetooth phone or other devices to the telephone Bluetooth speaker 1. Connecting the adapter and the telephone Bluetooth will be on status 2. Use your Bluetooth phone or other devices search for the telephone Bluetooth speaker, It will be displayed as PYLE SPEAKER 3. Connect your devices with PYLE SPEAKER, it will pair with unit automatically 4. Play music on your phone or other devices, sound will come from the speaker through the BLUE- TOOTH 5. AUX external music player Through the audio cable supplied with the unit, one end connected to the computer / phone or other external audio player device, and the other end connected to the audio input (AUDIO INPUT) to play music from an external audio device. 6. You can use the VOL+ /VOL- button to adjust the sound level for your devices. Or you can adjust the music sound via your own phone or other devices. Notes: • The work distance range for Bluetooth is 10 meter, beyond this distance the music will be stuttering. • When the telephone or your smart phones numbers called, the music will be pause automatically, when you finish your calls, only press the“ ” button to continue your music play. Care and Maintenance Use soft and dry cloth to clean the telephone, use polish for wood for polishing the wooden parts 1. Protect the telephone from the high temperature 2. Keep the telephone free from the dust and moisture; if it gets wet please wipe it dry immediately. 3. Don’t use any kind of chemical or any abrasive powder to clean the cabinet 4. Don’t use the telephone during the electrical storm; a lightning strike can cause serious damage 5.
