Notice inviting “parties to prequalify” for providing Cementing Services required for wells in JV block KG-OSN-2001/3

The joint venture (JV) comprising Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Jubilant Offshore Drilling Pvt. Ltd. is developing DDW Field. HPHT Asset, ONGC Ltd, India invites “parties to prequalify” for providing cementing Services for wells in JV block KG-OSN-2001/3, from reputed service providers.

1. The broad scope of work/ service, and expected deliverables: The cementing services will be required for the upcoming development wells in KG-OSN-2001/3 block for duration of 2 years with provision for completing the well(s) in progress at the end of the duration. This service is required to carry out successful cementing operations around the casing for wellbore integrity by designing and pumping most suitable cement slurry by bidder as per well conditions with their own chemical additive (or third party additive of M/s. Halliburton Co. / M/s. BJ Services Co. / M/s. Dowell Schlumberger Co, if bidder is not among the same), equipment and competent personnel (Operator, Base Supervisor and Field Engineer) as required. Providing additional high pressure pumping operations on rig as per operational requirements during drilling and well services operations is also required under this service. In addition to above, cementing services is required to provide Bulk handling plant, inflow test packers, 50 bbl batch mixer and additional personnel (Additional Operator and Assistant operators) on call out basis and Class G HSR High Temperature cement, centralizers and stop collars on consumption basis as and when required by Corporation

2. Time schedule for commencement of services: As mentioned in the PQC/Tender document.

3. Place of execution of the Contract: KG-OSN-2001/3 block, HPHT Asset, ONGC Ltd, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

4. Documents for Submission: Documents as desired in PQC published in web site are needed to be furnished, with necessary compliances.

5. Date and place of submission of documents: within 10 calendar days from date of Publication.

6. Downloading the PQC and Appendixes: Vendors are requested to visit e-tendering website of ONGC to download PQC and Appendixes (link: https://tenders.ongc.co.in)
