SCENARIO 1

One (1) share invested ($1,000) in Kerrod Gray who has a total of 100 shares invested. Kerrod Gray earns $10,000 prize money in an event. Shareholder would receive $80 back towards their original investment

Workings:

• $10,000 (prize money) divided by 100 (total shares) = $100 Prize pool per share • 80/20 split of $100 (your 1 share)= $80 • Shareholder receives $80 back towards their initial investment.

SCENARIO 2
