(“Gulf South”) to Southeast Alabama Broadcasters, LLC (“SAB”); (3) stations WLDA(FM), Slocomb, Alabama, and WJRL-FM, Fort Rucker, Alabama, from Magic to SAB; and (4) stations WKMX(FM), Enterprise, Alabama, and WTVY-FM, Dothan, Alabama, from Magic to Gulf South (the “Stations”).1 These seven simultaneously-filed applications (“Assignment Applications”) comprised one interrelated transaction.2 For the reasons stated below, we deny the Petition.
