    Consiliul Județean Bihor Comunicat de presă 13.05.2021 Iunie, luna curățeniei în județul Bihor În ședința extraordinară de miercuri, 12 mai, a fost aprobat un protocol de colaborare între Consiliul Județean Bihor și Asociața de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară ECOLECT GROUP privind organizarea unei luni a curățeniei în județul Bihor în iunie. „Problema curățeniei este una a întregii comunități. Practic, prin acest proiect vrem să implicăm întreaga comunitate a județului nostru în rezolvarea acestei probleme care ne privește pe fiecare dintre noi. Vrem să provocăm toate comunitățile locale din județul Bihor la o întrecere pentru a colecta selectiv o cantitate cât mai mare de deșeuri. Avem la dispoziție 400.000 de lei pentru fondul de premiere din bugetul ADI ECOLECT și propunem să contribuie și Consiliul Județean cu o sumă de 200.000 lei. În fiecare dintre cele 6 zone de colectare va fi oferit o sumă de câte 100.000 de lei acelor unități administrativ-teritoriale care vor colecta selectiv cele mai multe deșeuri, atât de la gospodării, cât și prin campaniile de curățenie pentru colectarea deșeurilor abandonate. Această sumă de bani trebuie să se regăsească într-un proiect de mediu și să se adreseze copiilor. Pentru locurile 2 și 3 sunt premii care constau în table inteligente pentru copiii de la școală, respectiv mese de ping-pong”, a precizat Mircea Mălan, vicepreședinte al Consiliului Județean Bihor și președinte al ADI ECOLECT. Prin acest concurs, ADI ECOLECT își propune să aducă împreună administrația județeană, autoritățile locale, mediul de afaceri, școala, biserica, organizațiile non-guvernamentale, mass-media și cetățenii pentru a face curățenie în tot județul Bihor.

    *Pe baza OUG 57/2019 acest material a fost publicat in Monitorul Oficial Local. CAP.1. DATE GEOGRAFICE 1.1. Aşezarea geografică a judeţului Bihor Judeţul Bihor este situat în partea de nord-vest a României, ocupând locul al şaptelea ca mărime între judeţele ţării, având o suprafaţă de 7535 km2. Limita vestică a judeţului este dată de frontiera cu Ungaria. Aproximativ din dreptul localităţii Boianu Mare şi până în vârful Piatra Aradului, se desfăşoară limita estică a judeţului care îl separă de judeţele Sălaj, Cluj şi Alba. Din Piatra Aradului, până la localitatea Ant se întinde limita sudică, prin care se delimitează de judeţul Arad. În nord, judeţul Bihor se învecinează cu judeţul Satu Mare. Între aceste limite teritoriul judeţului se situează în cadrul a trei mari unităţi de relief Câmpia de Vest, Dealurile de Vest şi Munţii Apuseni. Principalele unităţi de relief Cu toată alcătuirea complexă, în înfăţişarea de ansamblu se desprinde o trăsătură esenţială, evidenţiată prin distribuirea relativ uniformă a celor trei trepte de relief: munţi, dealuri şi câmpie, trepte care se desfăşoară între limite altimetrice cuprinse între 1848 m – în vârful Cucurbăta Mare - şi 90 m în Câmpia Crişurilor. Zona montană ocupă partea estică a judeţului Bihor şi este reprezentată de Munţii Bihorului, Munţii Pădurea Craiului, Muntele Şes şi Munţii Codru-Moma. Munţii Bihorului stau la geneza numelui judeţului, aceştia domină din spre Est întreaga panoramă a judeţului şi se impun prin vârfurile: Cucurbăta Mare (1849 m.), Buteasa (1790 m.), Cîrligatele (1694 m.) şi Piatra Grăitoare (1658 m.). Munţii Codru Moma sunt alcătuiţi din 2 masive, despărţite de şaua formată prin eroziune regresivă, de pâraiele Bihorului şi Moneasa.

    The wealth of the poor. The exchange of family homes in Romania. Ria Verschueren Foreword This report captures the experiences from the project Romania, by Ter Loke (2008-2009). The project aimed to exchange and support to create family homes, and especially asistance for young people in Belgium and Romania. Ria Verschueren was commissioned by Ter Loke into the project work for more than a year. And even earlier, she took Romanian language courses, with the purpose to communicate with people in their own language. The methodic is using an anthropological approach. This approach can be found in the well written report, where documented information is alternated with testimonials, press, newspaper articles, links to websites etc. Thus we get a surprising and unique perspective on the development of youth, in a former communist country and even younger EU country, which is Romania. We also get a mirror. Just as it happened here at the middle of the 20th century, when the family homes for small children were created and managed by idealistic and passionate people, so we see it happening there. The Youth Care in Flanders has made a long way. In Romania, they are also trying to find a way, their way. That‟s different than ours, and so it should be. Every nation has its history, every nation has its future. With this project, we have offered direct support to caregivers. We have sought and found rapprochements between different organizations in Belgium working for Romanian children. We have also planted more seeds for further cooperation and new initiatives, that in the future will include further exchange and support.
