StadCo manages Stadium operations, including parking and transportation. What is the Parking and Transportation Program for Allegiant Stadium? • StadCo has developed a first-class, comprehensive Parking and Transportation Program that offers manyparking, transportation and tailgating options. • The Program is developed in cooperation with community partners, including local government agencies, area property owners and nearby Casino-Hotel resorts. • The Program is dynamic and will continue to evolve as we learn more about consumer preferences during the Stadium’s inaugural year. • The Program is based on best practices from other NFL and major stadiums around the country. • StadCo is working with Parking and Transportation Group – Las Vegas (PATG-LV), the same company that helped to create the traffic plan for T-Mobile Arena, including Vegas Golden Knights games; the company also manages parking for Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Las Vegas Aviators. • The Program incorporates the best in wayfinding technology and digital tools, including a mobile app, to make finding parking easy. • Employing a distributed parking approach, the Program offersmany options to mitigate single points of congestion and accommodates a variety of consumer preferences for transportation, parking and tailgating. • The Program includes more than 25,000 parking spaces near Allegiant Stadium, including 15,000 spaces within walking distance. There is a minimum of 7,000 spaces for tailgating including 5,000 spaces within walking distance of the Stadium and an additional 1,700 spaces at the Warm Springs Park & Shuttle lot. • The Program will include multiple areas for rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxi, shuttle and limousine drop-off and pick-up. • Special fan experiences will include the ability to walk from Las Vegas Blvd. to the Stadium across the Hacienda overpass, which will be closed to automobile traffic on game days. This will provide a safe and experiential opportunity. • The Program is highly managed and includes not just parking, but also traffic flow and traffic management, strategic street closures and more. • The goal of the Program is to make getting there part of the game day experience. allegiantstadium.com Where is the Stadium District? • The Stadium District includes the area around Allegiant Stadium, bounded by Tropicana Ave. to the north, the railroad tracks to the west and south, and I-15 to the east. Included in this area are several parking lots managed by StadCo. • In addition to the Stadium District, parking is located at: - Casino-Hotel resort properties in proximity to the Stadium - Nearby off-site Park & Shuttle lots managed by StadCo during games/events with shuttle service to the Stadium How much parking is available? • There are more than 25,000 spaces near Allegiant Stadium. - This includes more than 14,000 spaces in the Stadium District and at nearby off-site Park & Shuttle lots. - Nearby Casino-Hotel properties offer more than 11,000 spaces. - More than 15,000 spaces are located within walking distance of the Stadium. - More than 7,000 spaces accommodate tailgating. • Local examples of distributed parking include T-Mobile Arena and Las Vegas Ballpark. • Examples of NFL stadiums that successfully employ distributed parking include Mercedes Benz Stadium (Atlanta Falcons) and CenturyLink Field (Seattle Seahawks). How much parking is needed for Allegiant Stadium? • Based on experiences of other NFL stadiums in urban areas, a large percentage of patrons use rideshare services, taxis and public transportation, significantly reducing the need for parking. Survey results of Allegiant Stadium Personal Seat License holders indicate this to be the case for Las Vegas. • Las Vegas Ballpark
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Download high-resolution versions of these photos. LAS VEGAS BALLPARK Metal wall panels add major appeal to best-of-the-year minor league ballpark Minor league baseball has been in the middle of a building boom the past few years, as local communities and team owners are seeing value in raising the amenities level for their area stadiums. The Las Vegas Ballpark in Summerlin, Nev., home to the Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators franchise, is one of the latest entries to this list, with features that include a swimming pool, breathable-mesh seating and a 126-ft.-wide LED video screen. Its design draws inspiration from both the surrounding desert and the aeronautical history of its corporate owner, the Howard Hughes Corp. Howard Hughes, himself, bought the 25,000-acre parcel that is now Summerlin in 1952, though development didn’t begin for the master-planned community until the 1980s, a decade after Hughes’ death. The $150 million stadium is a new anchor in Downtown Summerlin, a shopping, dining and entertainment district that opened in 2014. Fans first filled the new facility’s seats as the 2019 baseball season began. The local team, formerly the 51s, is also owned by the Hughes Corp. It was renamed the Aviators in 2019 with the stadium’s opening to honor that organization’s original aviation emphasis. Devin Norton, project designer with the San Francisco office of HOK, the stadium’s architects, says he wanted his plans to recognize both the unique qualities of the site and the corporation’s history.

ABOUTWE ASPIRE TO BEUS FIRST, UNIQUE, OR BEST IN EVERYTHING WE DO. Downtown Project was founded in January 2012 with the idea that if you accelerate co-learning, collisions, and connectedness in the city’s urban core, productivity, innovation, growth, and happiness will fall into place. Zappos.com CEO Tony Hsieh made a personal investment of $350 million toward helping with the revitalization of part of downtown Las Vegas. His investment became Downtown Project, which has allocated roughly $200 million in real estate and development, $50 million in small businesses, $50 million in technology and startups through VTF Capital, and $50 million in arts and culture, education, and healthcare. A large portion of our investment was allocated toward real estate and development in the Fremont East/East Village districts of downtown Las Vegas. We own approximately 45 acres, and we’re activating our holdings in an organic way, rather than through a top-down master plan. We’ve purposely activated buildings that are not directly next to one another in order to encourage people to walk a little farther into the neighborhood, which increases opportunities for collisions. The roughly $200 million to real estate and development includes approximately 45 acres of land in and around the Fremont East and East Village districts, and approximately 11 businesses that we wholly own and operate. So far we’ve invested in approximately 50 small businesses ranging from restaurants, bars, and a microbrewery to retail, including a bookstore, a record store/recording studio, and a toy store. Downtown Project has also invested in services, from a membership-based dog park and doggie day care to an app-based laundry and dry cleaning business.
