Box 8045 Burton on Trent DE14 9LG 7th August 2015 Dear Ms Willis Thank you for your e-mail regarding the Local Plan Main Modifications Consultation dated 10th July 2015. The Uttoxeter Rural Parish Council would like to make the following representation. We are pleased with the proposal for the need for a Strategic Green Gap between Bramshall and Uttoxeter, which preserves the identify of Bramshall Village. However, we have noticed that there is no provision for a Strategic Green Gap for Spath and Stramshall and we would like the following to be considered by the inspector before the Final Report is published. Spath To create a strategic green gap in the area between Uttoxeter Rural Parish Council boundary and the River Tean and the Spath Bus Park and Garages/Brooklands House. Some of this land is flood plan. This will preserve the hamlet of Spath and ensure that Uttoxeter Town Council housing does not join with Spath. Stramshall To create a strategic green gap in the area, starting from the Allotments (opposite Dairy Farm House) and moving towards Spath to the Ware house/Lorry Park and the Farm buildings on the opposite side of the road at Bridge Farm area of Spath. This is required in order for the hamlet of Spath to retain its own identity and not to be joined with Stramshall Village. We, the Local Government Boundary Commission for England, having carried out our initial review of the electoral arrangements for the District of East Staffordshire in accordance with the requirements of section 6? of, and Schedule 9 to, the Local Government Act 1972, present our proposals for the future electoral arrangements for that district. 2. In accordance with the procedure laid down in section 60(1) and (2) of the 1972 Act, notice was given on 5 June 197** that we were to undertake this review. SCC requested a statement of maintenance be submitted. 5.03 Fear of Crime Survey was completed on line, using the answers given in the 06.09.2016 parish council meeting. 5.04 Clerk submitted an objection to the Mineral Plan ES.16/15/524MW 5.05 Notice of Conclusion of Audit was displayed from 14th September on all notice boards. 5.06 Road Closure, Stone Road, Bramshall by South Staffs Water – clerk gained confirmation that road will not be completely closed, but will have a traffic light system.

GG Parishioner John Whittaker stated that he was honoured to have a tree planted in his name within the Parish. He requested it be planted in Autumn at Bramshall. He thanked the Council for the generous gesture. RJ requested a plaque to be made for the tree, so that people know why that is it planted – The Clerk will get quotes for JW and the two Queens Jubilee trees in Bramshall and Stramshall. RJ advised the Council to consider an oak tree and he will research where to purchase it. 05.15.04 MINUTES: The minutes of the last meeting held on Tuesday, 7th April 2015, having been circulated, were signed by the chairman on the approval of the members.
