NWTA INDIVIDUAL INSPECTION FORM (IIF)

 For your convenience and the inspector’s there are three sections: , Weapons/Tools, and Demonstration Items. Please list separately all items worn or seen by the public.  Describe the item(s) fully (style, fabric, color, etc.)  Use as many pages as necessary.  Please do not write in the Inspector’s Column. That area is reserved for the inspection team.  You may type directly into this form; boxes will expand as you type. You may also print the form and handwrite.

CLOTHING Describe any and all items worn. Please consider the following categories:

Unless otherwise documented, women need at least one item from each of the following categories: headgear, shifts/chemise, petticoat, stockings, footwear, and a or gowns.

Unless otherwise documented, non-uniformed males need at least one item from each of the following categories: headgear, , waistcoat, , breeches, stockings, and footwear.

In most cases, children require the same items as their adult counterparts with the exception of coats for boys. Infants should have at least headgear and shirt/shift.
