Alabang Town Center c. Ayala Center Cebu d. Ayala Malls Manila Bay e. Centrio f. Glorietta g. Greenbelt h. Marquee i. Ayala Malls Solenad j. TriNoma HOW TO QUALIFY 1. Customers must use their Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card. Customers may opt to use either the tap-to- pay or dip option when paying. 2. Customers are qualified for the prize upon achieving a minimum spend in participating stores: a. Supermarkets, department stores, and electronics stores - minimum P3,000 single receipt b. Restaurants - minimum P3,000 in single or accumulated receipts 3. Only receipts issued from June 1 to July 31, 2021 are eligible. Defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ of its actual size will not be honored. 4. Cancellation of purchases results in cancellation of the equivalent prize earned. HOW TO REGISTER 1. Customers must register online via https://tinyurl.com/ShopAndGrabPromo 2. The customer must fill up the online registration form with the following information: a. Last Name b. First Name c. Email address d. Mobile number e. Mall f. First 4 digits of Visa card number g. Type of merchant (Supermarket, Electronics Store, Department Store, or Restaurant) h. Merchant name/s i. Sales invoice / official receipt number j. Purchase amount k. Clear photo/s of the sales invoices / official receipts and transaction slips 3. The customer may upload multiple photos if they are registering accumulated receipts. 4. A prompt / acknowledgement pop-up message will appear right after the customer finishes the registration. 5. If the customer is qualified, a confirmation email with the redemption details will be sent to the -eight (48) hours upon registration to the promo. 6. There is no limit to the number of premiums that a customer may earn as long as each entry meets the spend requirement. PRIZE & CLAIMING INFORMATION 1. Upon qualification, the customer is entitled to a P 300 GrabFood voucher. 2. The prize is subject to the following conditions: a. The prize is only available for Ayala Malls merchants on GrabFood. b. The prize will be issued as a c. The voucher code is to be inputted on the GrabFood section of the Grab app when checking out. d.
