Now at #1, it’s likely just a few playlist rotations away from cracking the Hot 100 and cementing the remix as a Latin-commercial crossover success, exactly what putting Bieber on it was intended to do. Several months after its initial service, Martin Jensen’s Solo Dance has seen a huge surge in audience, with the track now at #48 from #87, making it the #1 Heatseeker. The general consensus within commercial radio seems to be to move back to The Chainsmokers & Coldplay’s Something Just Like This, with both the Hit Network and KIIS having it as their most spun track that week. ONES TO WATCH Ghost Nation are still topping Spotify Viral charts across the globe, Australia included, with Turn Off The Lights. It leads ahead of hopeful crossover hit Despacito by Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee – the Justin Bieber remix is helping push that track just a little bit further. DJ Khaled is the real star of this week’s Trending & Predictive Charts. With a #1 atop the Shazam Future Hits and Shazam Movers chart and a feature list that reads like the top line of a festival poster, I’m The One has definitely made its presence known. Shawn Mendes still has some steam behind There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back on both charts, though at this stage, it can’t hold a candle to the hype behind I’m The One. MoneyBagg Yo may still be dominating the Pandora Trendsetters chart, but Kash Doll is raking it in with an almost 200% lift in Pandora artist station adds in one week. The Detroit rapper is continuing to see growth due to her recent single For Everybody, which is still picking up steam on Pandora with a week-on-week increase in spins of over 75%. But it’s not the only track taking off, as previous singlesRun Me My Money and Accurate saw 105% and 65% week-on-week lifts in spins, respectively. Kash Doll also saw a 300% lift in track station adds, a 150% increase in Twitter followers, and a nearly 800% increase in Facebook page Likes.

OVERVIEW It’s a largely quiet week on the Australian and Alternative charts. Dean Lewis remains at #1 on the Hot 100 Australian chart while Meg Mac’s Low Blows returns to the top of the Alternative chart. Bliss N Eso’s Moments has both AIR charts on lockdown, though that success has yet to translate onto the Hot 100 Alternative chart. The last single of theirs to crack the Top 10 of the Alternative chart was Home Is Where The Heart Is, way back in 2013. Moments has reached as far as #3 on the Australian chart for now. It seems that the recent servicing of Ali Barter’s Please Stay has gone down a real treat with triple j, who have the track at #1 on their Hit List and #5 on their Spins Chart.
