That’s what you’d expect to see at a county fair. But ninjas? JH Ninja Warrior is coming back to the Teton County Fair, but this time, with a few surprises. This year’s obstacle course will be designed by a new vendor, Ninja Nation, founded and designed by competitors from NBC’s hit show, American Ninja Warrior. “Ninja Nation is the leading provider of world class obstacle course arenas across the country, so participants should expect the course to be challenging, fun and very safe,” said Rachel Grimes, Teton County Fair Manager. Also new to this year’s exhibit, sponsored by Axis Gymnastics & Sports Academy, will be two very familiar faces to those who watch the show. American Ninjas, Geoff Britten and Brian Arnold, will be in attendance, giving Jackson Hole ninjas tips for navigating the course. Britten is a three-year veteran of the show, while Arnold has six years under his belt, including three years on the USA team. Men’s (18 & Over), Women’s (18 & Over) and Youth (Ages 14-17) divisions will be offered. Those interested in entering to compete should register at the fair office, located at 305 West Snow King Avenue, or visit tetoncountyfair.com. Registration opens June 1 and the cost $25 per-person. The top three ninjas in each division will receive a cash reward.
