NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY

The Tooele City Police Department currently has a large amount of unclaimed property. If you have had lost or stolen property, or have been instructed to pick up released property, please contact Sgt. Potter at the Tooele City Police Department (435-882-8900) for an appointment before December 8, 2014.

After December 8, 2014 the property will be disposed of in accordance with the Utah Code of Criminal Procedure, 77-24a-5.
