The lead reviewers selected potentially relevant studies for full text examination eligibility by scanning the titles and abstracts. Full text articles were obtained for 36 potentially relevant studies and were reviewed in detail for relevance based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Any disagreements were resolved by discussion. Seven records were excluded on detailed full text examination, with 29 studies to be included in the report. An additional step was conducted that included reference screening of the 29 included studies. Ten potentially relevant studies and reports were identified; however, three records were excluded based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In total, 36 studies were included in the final report. Relevant data was extracted from included studies; however, data extraction was not done in duplicate.
