Time: It’s a specified period during which a process or action, process exists or happens. Time management: (Hellsten, L. M. 2012) defines management of time as organization of duties by judging the value of time a duty will take to be accomplished, exactly when it is to be accomplished, and calculating the adjustment of processes that might hinder the accomplishment of this duties so that it is finished at the correct time. Performance: (Hellsten, L. M. 2012). It the standard to which someone does a job. x ABSTRACT In an organization there are a number of resources which have to be used such as money, people and materials. But there is one resource everybody has in common and that is time. The problem being scrutinized in this study was how to manage time in order to
