Preface The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) Northern Ireland is proposing to extend the existing Black’s Road Park and Ride carpark in Dunmurry. This Environmental Statement (ES) reports the findings of the environmental assessments undertaken during the development of the Park and Ride facility.
