On the second day of filing nomination papers for the General Elections Vidhan Sabha, 2019 in Haryana, 31 nomination papers have been filed from 26 Assembly Constituencies. The process of filing the nominations was started on September 27, 2019 and will continue till October 4, 2019. Nomination papers will not be filled on October, 2, 2019, being a public holiday.
Giving more information, Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Dr. Inder Jeet said that one nomination paper each from Tohana and Ratia Assembly Constituencies in Fatehabad district, one nomination paper each from Ganaur and Gohana Assembly Constituencies in district Sonipat have been filed.
He said that two nomination papers from Jind Assembly Constituency and one from Julana Assembly Constituency in Jind district, one from Thanesar Assembly Constituency in Kurukshetra district and one nomination paper each was filed from Nalwa, Hansi and Adampur Assembly Constituencies in Hisar district.
He further informed that three nomination papers have been filed from Badshahpur Assembly Constituency in Gurgoan district, one nomination paper each from Yamunanagar, Sadhaura and Radaur Assembly Constituencies in Yamunanagar district. Three nomination papers were filed from Mahendragarh, Narnaul and Nangal Chaudhary Assembly Constituencies in Mahendragarh district.
Similarly, one nomination was filled from Naraingarh Assembly Constituency in Ambala district, one from Tosham Assembly Constituency in Bhiwani district, two from Bahadurgarh Assembly Constituency and one from Beri Assembly Constituency in Jhajjar district.
He said that one nomination paper was filed from Rewari Assembly Constituency and two from Bawal Assembly Constituency in Rewari district. He said that one nomination was filed from Faridabad NIT Assembly Constituency and one from Ballabhgarh in district Faridabad. He said that one nomination paper has been filed Karnal Assembly Constituency in Karnal district.
