The Wildcats are ranked No. 19 on beam (48.890), No. 21 Margzetta Frazier on bars (48.960), No. 23 on vault (48.900) and No. 25 on  oor (48.955). Christina Berg ranks 15th in the nation Pac-12 Coaches’ Choice Award (1/8) on uneven bars with an average of 9.885. She has a season-high of 9.950. Last weekend, the Wildcats scored a season-high 195.975 in a loss to No. 4 Utah, who totaled 197.300. Grace Glenn Pac-12 Specialist of the Week (1/29) NEW ERA AT UCLA Gracie Kramer UCLA Gymnastics has a new leader for the ! rst time in 29 years. Following Hall of Fame head coach Valorie Kondos Pac-12 Specialist of the Week (2/4) Field as head coach of the Bruins is , who was an assistant under Kondos Field for 17 years. Waller helped Kyla Ross guide the Bruins to four NCAA titles during his time as an assistant. In his ! rst season on staff in 2003, the Bruins Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week (1/7, 1/22, 1/29) swept through the postseason, winning Pac-10, NCAA Regional and NCAA Championships. Also that year, he was the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week (1/7, 1/21) acting head coach when UCLA snapped the longest home-court in NCAA history for any sport, handing Daily Bruin UCLA Athlete of the Week (1/15) Utah its ! rst home loss in 23 years. Waller was voted by his peers the National Assistant Coach of the Year in 2004 and the West Region Assistant Coach of the Year in 2010 and 2018. A champion gymnast himself, Waller won three NCAA Samantha Sakti titles with the Bruin men’s team, and he competed at the 1992 Olympics, where he placed ! fth on . She became the ! rst gymnast ever to record two Slams in a single season and ended her year with NCAA championships on vault and  oor, giving her NCAA titles on all four events in her career.
