    DOSSIER DE PRESSE Septembre à Décembre 2019 Le JAM - Dossier de Presse - Automne 2019 EDITO ans ! Le JAM fête ses 40 ans, sur toute la saison 19-20 !!! Quelques 3000 concerts plus tard, quelques 8000 élèves musiciens plus tard, l’envie est intacte pour le JAM de donner à entendre, de jouer, de faire jouer, de transmettre l’amour du jazz et des musiques vivantes. Jouer et transmettre ! Il y a 40 ans, ces deux volontés ont permis la création du JAM. Le JAM anime désormais une école portée par 30 musiciens enseignants, tous musiciens de scène, qui n’ont qu’un seul mot d’ordre : le « jouer ensemble » pour tous les âges. Pratique loisir ou professionnelle, de huit ans jusqu’à plus soif : le JAM est présent sur tous les fronts pour former des musiciens et élargir le public de la musique en lui donnant à entendre 80 fois par an, dans sa salle de concert, une large palette d’expressions musicales. Pointures du jazz et des musiques du monde, groupes émergents, résidences, sorties d’album, diversité des genres ont fait du JAM un des lieux scéniques préféré des musiciens, à l’acoustique et à l’ambiance reconnues. Centre de Formation professionnelle, la liste est longue des musiciens anciens élèves qui irriguent désormais les groupes actuels, dont les multiplicités d’expressions démontrent que le JAZZ est avant tout un état d’esprit. 40 ans, c’est la force de l’expérience, qui vient appuyer aujourd’hui une envie et une curiosité intactes : celles de la musique tout simplement. Plus que jamais, le musicien est là pour nous apporter joie, plaisir et émotions.
