Baker Mayfield  QB reached 9,000 career passing yards today, completing 12 passes for 122 yards.  Mayfield also reached the 1,500 passing yards mark for the season. Mayfield has done so in each of his first three years, becoming the first Browns QB to accomplish the feat since Bernie Kosar from 1985-87.  Mayfield added a season-high 29 rushing yards in the contest.

Jarvis Landry  WR Jarvis Landry has now recorded at least two receptions in 103 consecutive games, the longest active streak in the NFL and the fifth longest streak in NFL history.  He led the Browns with four receptions for 52 yards today.  Made his 95th career start.  Passed Sterling Sharpe for the seventh-most receptions in a player’s first seven seasons in NFL history (597).  Reached the 6,600 career receiving yards mark today.

Kareem Hunt  RB reached 2,800 career rushing yards today on 14 attempts for 66 yards.  He’s currently fifth in the NFL with 529 rushing yards and first with 20 rushes for 10-plus yards, after adding three today.

Olivier Vernon  DE Olivier Vernon recorded his first sacks of the season (two), bringing his career total to 56.5.  This was the ninth game of two-plus sacks in Vernon’s career and the most he’s had in a game since Week 17 of 2018.  Vernon’s two sacks today also marked a single-game career high for him as a Brown.  His two sacks came in the first half of today’s game, the first time he’s done that since Week 17 of 2018 (third time ever).  This was also the fifth time in Vernon’s career he’s notched two or more sacks in a given half.

Other Notes  For the first time since 2008, the Browns have allowed 11 or fewer sacks through the first half of the season.  The Browns didn’t allow a sack for the third time this season, the second-most games in the NFL this season, behind Tampa Bay’s four.  K ’s 52 points are most by a Browns’ kicker in the first eight weeks of a season since 2012, tying Phil Dawson.

Injury Report  DT Vincent Taylor was evaluated for a concussion and did not return.
