GRADUATION 2021: Graduation is at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 20, at the Littleton Public Stadium. Stadium gates will open at 8:00 am and extra parking will be available at Arapahoe Community College. Buses will begin running between ACC and the stadium at 8:45 am. We no longer have to issue tickets for graduation! Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The ceremony will also be live streamed - click this link. Please refer to the HHS Seniors/Graduation website for detailed information for seniors. IMPORTANT SENIOR DATES: ● Saturday, May 15 - Senior Parade ○ 9:00 am -Seniors and parent drivers start arriving at the HHS parking lot. Please bring any materials you would like to decorate your car. There must be a parent driver for each car. ○ 10:00 am - We will head out of the HHS parking lot and head to the parade staging area. Please refer to the HHS Seniors/Graduation website for detailed information for seniors. ● Tuesday, May 18 - Senior Awards Presentation (Virtual) ○ Tuesday, May 18, is the day our Senior Awards Presentation will be posted to the Heritage website. The link will go live at 6:00 pm and can be found on the home page of the HHS website. While we wish it could be in person, this virtual format allows you to share the presentation with family and friends all over the country. Scholarships and awards are kept secret until this moment so be sure to check in and congratulate all of our seniors on a successful year! ● Wednesday, May 19 - Yearbook Distribution -The cost is $80. Bring cash and your Student ID! ○ 12:00 to 1:00 pm outside the Main Entrance ○ 5:00 to 7:00 pm in Room 1757 ● Thursday, May 20 - Graduation Day! ○ 8:00 am - Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal Line Up at HHS ○ 8:45 am - Buses transport all graduates to LPS Stadium ○ 9:00 am - Line up at top of the stadium ramp ○ 10:00 am - Ceremony Begins ○ After the ceremony students will pick up their diplomas, certificates, and awards at the top of the ramp before they leave the stadium. ● Friday, May 21 - Yearbook Distribution from 9:00 to 10:00 am ONLY - outside Main Entrance. The cost is $80. Bring cash and your Student ID! SECOND SEMESTER GRADES: Grades will be available on Infinite Campus on Wednesday, May 26. To view or print a semester report card, go to “Reports.” Parents who still need to set up a Portal account should email IT Support at [email protected]. LIBRARY NEWS: ● All Students - Please use this document for step-by-step instructions to see what library materials you have checked out. Infinite Campus has been updated with the library materials that have not been returned. ● Library Closed for Makeup AP Testing on Friday, May 21, until 12:30 pm. CHROMEBOOK CHECK IN: Chromebook Check In for underclassmen will occur during Advisory on Monday, May 17. All students will be asked to turn in their Chromebooks. Be sure to bring both your Chromebook and charger to Advisory on Monday, May 17 and please make sure that both are labeled with your name and Advisory teacher’s name. (Teachers will have labels for you to use.) BOYS VOLLEYBALL: Heritage is holding Open Gyms for anyone interested in playing Boys Volleyball. Open Gyms are 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Main Gym on Tuesday, May 18, and Thursday, May 20. We have skill-level training from beginner to advanced. Come learn a fantastic game you can play the rest of your life! You can also spend time perusing the yearbook site for more detailed information about senior portrait options, preferred photographers, senior biographies, superlatives, and much more. There will not be any information mailed home at this time, so please visit the yearbook page at your earliest convenience. STUDENT GOVERNMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Student Government applications are now available on the “How to Apply” for Student Government page on the HHS website. Everyone must apply to be a part of the program - current and new members and all grades including incoming freshmen. Make sure to join the Google Classroom associated with your graduating year. The deadline is Monday, May 24 for all current students. The deadline for incoming freshmen is Friday, June 4. No late applications will be accepted. Camp will be held June 1-4 in the Heritage Main Gym. The morning session will be for incoming 3rd-5th Graders, and the afternoon session will be for incoming 6th-8th Graders.
