St. Cloud has winning records against both teams. PITCHING STAFF CONTINUES TO SHINE: Over the last four games, the pitching staff has given up a combined six runs. On Tuesday in Mankato, Justin Kelly (Utah) gave up one run over six innings pitched. Trevor Koenig (St. Cloud State) hurled two scoreless innings. In the series opener against Willmar on Wednesday, Trent Schoeberl (Minnesota) pitched five innings and gave up one run. Then on Thursday, Luke Albright (Kent State) struck out 12 batters over five innings pitched. They haven’t lost since July 18th at the Rock Pile and have won 12 consecutive games. The Rox went on a six-game winning streak during its lon- gest homestand of the season last week. St. Cloud is 15-2 at Joe Faber Field, but are just 8-10 when away from home. They return have two home games left on Monday and Thursday.
