SUNDARAM BNP PARIBAS HOME FINANCE LIMITED 6 DIVIDEND The Company’s Policy on Corporate Social Responsibility has been hosted on Company’s website. The Directors are pleased to recommend a dividend of 35% (`3.50 per share) for the Financial Year 2016-17 on the total paid-up CORPORATE GOVERNANCE capital of `101.25 crore. In terms of the Companies (Accounting Standard) Rules, 2006, as amended, the proposed dividend including The National Housing Bank, vide Notification No. NHB.HFC.CG- dividend distribution tax of `42.65 crore is not recorded as a liability DIR.1/MD&CEO/2016 dated 9th February 2017, has mandated as on 31st March 2017 and it will be recognised when Dividend is all the Housing Finance Companies to follow the guidelines on approved by the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Corporate Governance as per the Housing Finance Companies- Corporate Governance (NHB) Directions, 2016.
