WESTERN COLLEGIATE Opening Face-Off HOCKEY ASSOCIATION • Huskies Top the Charts: Michigan Tech, the only unbeaten squad in NCAA D-I men's hockey at 10-0-0, is • Founded 1951 • the nation's new No. 1 team in both the USCHO.com and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine polls. The Suite C Minnesota State Univ., Mankato at Edina Huskies are off to the best start in the program's 94 years of existence. 7700 France Avenue South, Suite 360 • Michigan Tech's Perfect 10: The Huskies' 10-0-0 start is the best in college hockey since Air Force opened Edina, MN 55435 the 2008-09 campaign by winning its first 13 games. A 12-game winning streak has occurred eight times in WCHA history, most recently by St. Cloud State in 2006-07.
