LOCATION

The land is situated in a popular semi-rural location on the fringe of Ifold with its local store and hall and approximately 2 miles equal distance from the villages of Loxwood and Plaistow. The larger village of Billingshurst lies about 6 miles to the south/east and the provincial centres of Horsham and Guildford are approximately 13 and 15 miles away.

DIRECTIONS

From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards . Proceed straight over the next two roundabouts and after approximately 1 mile turn right along the B2133 towards Loxwood. After approximately 4½ miles take the turning on the left signposted Ifold and Plaistow. Proceed through Ifold, passing the local store on the right hand side, and having reached the sharp left hand bend turn right into The Ride and then immediately left into Poundfield Lane. From that point the entrance to the rough pasture will be found after approximately ½ mile on the right hand side marked as a field gate just to the south of a property known as Sunnybank Farm.
