Record: 3-1; 0-1 [OPP REC] The Cougars dropped their first game of the season last Saturday, falling 44-33 at 9/1 Idaho (38-26) [1-4] Oregon State, despite gaining 638 yards in total offense. The 638 total yards marked the 9/9 @ Nevada (55-21) [2-2] highest output by WSU since gaining 653 yards against Montana State (10/18/01). Stanford enters Saturday’s game with a 1-2 record, having dropped its last two. In 9/17 *Grambling State (48-7) [2-1] its last outing the Cardinal led early against Oregon but fell 44-20.
