Welcome to Domaine Les Ormes in ! Set in the grounds of an elegant chateau on a vast country estate of wooded parkland and lakes, with an exceptional range of facilities, this is one of the most sought-after camping locations in . Main reception

Campsite main reception is open every day and will provide you with general information, allow you to book taxis, buy tokens for the laundrette or wi-fi tickets. You will also be able to withdraw money from a cash machine or change your currency into Euros.

Pools

On this campsite, kids and adults will love the different pool areas. There are indeed 5 pools for the whole family to enjoy: a “tropical” indoor and heated complex, a wave pool, outdoor pools and various facilities such as waterslides, jacuzzi, sauna. Most of the pools open from end of May to mid-September. Shorts are allowed in the pools, sun loungers are free to use, small inflatables allowed in the outdoor pool.

New in July 2019 - The Dome: The coverage of the existing water park and its new pools: fun slides, a wave pool, a wild river, children pool and water play area!

Services

The campsite offers a multitude of services but be aware you will need to pay an extra cost for some of them: launderette, souvenir shop, Wi-Fi and internet area (€), mini supermarket, baby changing areas, a chapel, ice cream shop, games room, bike hire… There are also various restaurants on site:

Le Cellier: Discover the specialities, Breton pancakes and crepes with a pint of cider

Animations and activities

On Domaine les Ormes, every effort has been made to ensure a perfect holiday for the whole family. A multitude of activities and animations are offered on site, you will undeniably have a great time. (Please note that you might have to pay to participate in some of the activities mentioned below.)

For the more adventurous, come and try the zip-line, the tree top climbing, the archery, the climbing wall, the paintball or a walk in the maze where a treasure is hidden! If you are more interested in water activities, go for a swim in one of the pools, try the wakeboard or the tow tube, rent a pedal boat or go on a fishing session.

Golfers and enthusiasts will be amazed by the 18-hole golf course. Beginner riders and more experienced will love the pony and horse riding and training sessions. For a fun family time, try the mini-golf or the footgolf. Kids will also enjoy the mini-club (3-10 years old - Open from 06/04 to 28/08) and the playground while the teenagers will gather together at the multisport area (football pitch, basketball and handball courts) or at the games room (video games, pool table, table football…).

Night entertainments such as shows, concerts, karaoke nights or quizzes are held every night, usually at the Bar du Moulin.

When you book with Lifestyle Holidays, you agree to comply with the campsite rules which are on display at main reception or can be handed out on request. We advise you to read them carefully. We cannot be responsible if you get evicted from the resort for any breach of the rules. Please note that you might not be allowed to wear swimming shorts or shirts in the pool. It is strictly prohibited to enter the swimming pools outside the opening hours. Please respect your neighbours, any abusive and repetitive disturbance noises could lead to sanctions.

Train: Train journeys are the fastest and easiest way to discover the surroundings. The Dol-de-Bretagne SNCF train station is situated only 10 mins away from site, you can buy tickets either at the train station or online at https://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/

SAINT - MALO – If you are passionate about Culture and History, you will love the old town of Saint-Malo. CANCALE - You will be enchanted by its distinctive charm and the beauty of its surroundings. If you make a stopover in this town, you must try the delicious seafood and oysters freshly caught the same morning! What better way to truly discover the region than contemplating the bay of Cancale and the Mont Saint-Michel while enjoying the local delicacies. Plenty of strolls and hikes are waiting for you as well as water sports and the discovery of the regional heritage and architecture.

COMBOURG – Little town of character, is considered as « the cradle of Romanticism ». It is indeed in this city, within the fabulous “Château de Combourg” itself, that the famous romantic author François-René de Chateaubriand spent part of his childhood. Many legends and ghost’s stories about the castle have persisted throughout the centuries. Visiting Combourg is also an opportunity to go for a walk around the lake where literature aficionados will be enchanted as several literary circuits have been developed.

DINARD ET DINAN – Why not visit and discover its beautiful beaches and the stunning villas-château that border the Emerald Coast. Dinard is famous for having hosted prestigious guests throughout the years: Wintson Churchill, Pablo Picasso, Lawrence of Arabia and even Jackie Kennedy. Departing Dinard, you will be able to take a boat and go on cruise to join Dinan, little town full of charm, picturesque houses and cobbled streets
