I ~ 2. The above mentioned I.D. note highlights the need to send the reply(ies) to the Lok Sabha Member(s) in respect of Matter Raised ILaid under Rule 377 within one month. j 3. Cabinet Secretariat in their above mentioned circular has also intimated that delay in submission of replies by the Ministries was recently reviewed by the Hon'ble Speaker and it has been found that replies in respect of matter raised under Rule 377 has taken more time then the time limit stipulated in the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha. I I 4. A copy of the extracts taken from the statement showing timeline of replies received from the Ministry of MSME in respect of Matters raised under Rule 377/laid during Fourth session of 171h Lok Sabha. It is seen that two replies of Ministry of MSME in respect of I Matters raised under Rule 377 crossed the limit of one month's stipulated time. 5.
