Luba Bobalo serves as the Assistant Director of Donor Relations in University Advancement with a primary focus on scholarship reporting, stewardship management and donor recognition. Luba joined Marquette in 2007, supporting the university’s international efforts, and transitioned to donor relations in 2009. Luba is a proud alumna of Marquette’s Graduate School of Management, having earned her Master of Business Administration degree in 2009. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from the University of -.

Wayne Breitbarth is the CEO of Power Formula LLC. He is an experienced businessman, speaker, and author and an internationally recognized industry leader in LinkedIn training, marketing, and consulting.

Wayne has shared his expertise with more than 80,000 business professionals through private business consulting, dynamic presentations to worldwide audiences, and his critically acclaimed book The Power Formula for LinkedIn Success (now in its third edition). He has been featured in Forbes, Inc., Wired, and American Express Open Forum and seen on NBC and Fox Business.

Wayne works with companies to develop a comprehensive strategy for using LinkedIn to increase sales, raise brand awareness, recruit employees and reduce recruiting fees, and discover new markets for products and services. He shares his proven five-step process for LinkedIn results with individuals through his online course Explode Your Revenues Using LinkedIn.

He is a CPA, received an accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from , and has received recognition for his public service in the Milwaukee community, where he resides with his wife of 35 years.

Anne Costello, M.S.N., RN, CHSE is the Director, Wheaton Franciscan Center for Clinical Simulation at Marquette University. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the simulation center, manages the center’s staff, and collaborates with faculty members to incorporate simulation teaching strategies into the nursing curriculum. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockford University in 2010 and began her nursing career in the operating room at Hospital in Washington, D.C. She received her Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2016 from Benedictine University. Ms. Costello began her career in simulation education in 2013 as the simulation center coordinator at Resurrection University in Chicago, IL. Over time, she transitioned into the role of Director, Foglia Family Foundation Interprofessional Education Simulation Center. As the director, she was responsible for simulation curriculum design, operations management, and overseeing the renovation and redesign of the university’s simulation center with a $1M gift from the Foglia Family Foundation.

Ms. Costello is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSIH), a member of the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL), and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI). She has a passion for active teaching strategies which engage students in various learning environments. Her vision for simulation is provide clinical learning opportunities to increase students’ clinical reasoning abilities and ease their transition into practice.

Lauren Hill is a Development Director on the regional fundraising team. She works with Marquette alumni and friends all over eastern Wisconsin, with a focus on securing major gift support for capital, scholarship and programmatic needs of the university. Prior to joining the Marquette team in September 2017, Lauren was the Director of Development for Bradley University’s of Engineering, and before that was the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administrative Leadership from UW-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Secondary Education from Augustana College.

Amelia Jones a senior at Marquette University studying broadcast journalism with minors in French and digital media. She has interned with the Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service, Fox 6 and CBS 58 in Milwaukee, KARE-11 news in Minneapolis and KTTC-TV in Rochester, MN. Currently she is a reporter intern for the O'Brien Fellowship in Public Service Journalism working with Wisconsin Public Television reporter Andy Soth on his documentary project called the 'Purple River Project.' After graduation she hopes to get a job as a television news reporter and eventually work as a correspondent for one of the network television stations.

Alyssa Klopatek has been with Marquette’s University Advancement team for nearly nine years. She helped develop the current iteration of the alumni website and will develop the upgraded alumni website for its launch on the new Blackbaud Internet Services platform in March. Alyssa also leads the Engagement and External Relations email marketing strategy as well as supplementary event print material direction and design. She maintains Marquette websites including MU Connect, Giving, Alumni National Awards, nationalmarquetteday.com, Reunion + Homecoming and others. She holds a BA from UW-Whitewater in public relations and information technology and an MA in professional and technical writing from UW-Milwaukee.

Dr. Janet Wessel Krejci is dean in the Marquette University College of Nursing. She joined Marquette after serving as vice president for academic affairs and at Illinois State University. Prior to her role as provost, Dr. Krejci was dean and professor of nursing at Illinois State’s Mennonite College of Nursing from 2009–14. Previously, she spent 21 years in Marquette’s College of Nursing in roles ranging from research assistant to associate dean. From 2007–08, Dr. Krejci was a fellow of the American Council on Education. She was also selected as a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow from 2008–11.

Krejci earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in nursing all from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She is a fourth generation Wisconsinite, and her parents, sons and some of her siblings are Marquette alumni.

Shaun Longstreet joined the Marquette community in 2011. He has twelve years of higher-education faculty professional development experience and has published and presented in the areas of inclusive excellence and in gaming software for education.

A former faculty member of Texas A&M University, Shaun has fifteen years of teaching experience, having also taught at Notre Dame, The University of California at Irvine and The University of Texas at Dallas.

In 2011, Shaun was elected to a three-year term on the governing board of the national faculty development professional society, POD Network in Higher Education.

Gina Sholtis joined Marquette University as the vice president for university advancement in November 2017. Previously, she served as assistant vice chancellor for advancement at the University of Missouri from 2014 to 2017. There, she served on the leadership team for Mizzou’s $1.3 billion Our Time to Lead campaign.

Prior to that, Sholtis was associate dean and senior director of development at Washington University in St. Louis, where she helped advance the $2.3 billion Leading Together campaign. She also served in a variety of fundraising capacities from 1993 to 2005 at St. Louis University, a fellow Jesuit institution. Sholtis has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Missouri State University. Gina resides in Whitefish Bay, Wis., with her husband, Philip, and their son Thomas (12). They also have a son Ty, who is finishing up his undergraduate studies in accountancy at Missouri State and a daughter, Jordan, who is an epidemiologist working at the Public Health Department in Tampa, Fla.

Susan Teerink became the Director of Financial Aid at Marquette University in 2006. With over twenty years of higher education administration experience primarily in student financial assistance, Susan has worked in a variety of educational sectors including graduate education, the community college system and private education in California and Wisconsin.

Susan is the Past President of the Wisconsin Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA). She has served as a faculty member of the College Board’s Financial Aid Institute, a NASFAA trainer, a financial aid representative to the Midwest Regional College Board and numerous other committees and leadership positions for state and regional financial aid associations. Teerink holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies from Claremont School of Theology.
