Maquetación Portada y planos: Camino Moraleda Colaboración: Pedro Mercado Imprenta: Gramadosa Condiciones Generales de la Subasta 1.- El precio mínimo de salida de todos los lotes será de 1.000 €, salvo que el vendedor indique un precio superior en este sentido. 2.- Las pujas serán de 500 € hasta alcanzar la cifra de 20.000 €. A partir de esta cantidad las pujas serán de 1.000 € hasta alcanzar la cifra de 40.000 €, en que pasarán a ser de 2.000 €. 3.- Los precios de remate se verán incrementados con el IVA correspondiente según ley. El tipo de IVA aplicable a cada lote es fijado por el vendedor. 4.- Al término de la subasta de cada lote, el comprador formalizará el compromiso de pago en el que figurará el nombre del producto adjudicado, el precio de remate y el nombre, domicilio y DNI del comprador. 5.- El pago total del precio de adjudicación de cada producto se hará al contado, en el plazo de las 48 horas siguientes a la adjudicación. La falta de pago del precio al contado dará derecho al vendedor a dar por anulada la venta o a exigir su cumplimiento y, en ambos casos, a reclamar una indemnización de daños y perjuicios equivalente al 30% del precio de remate. 6.- Los lotes presentados a la subasta deberán tener la documentación en regla y a disposición de la ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA y de los compradores para su comprobación. La ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA se reserva el derecho de no incluiir en la subasta los productos que no tengan la documentación en regla. La documentación será entregada por el vendedor al comprador una vez que haya sido pagado el precio de remate y el IVA correspondiente. 7.- El vendedor podrá reservarse la posesión de los productos subastados hasta el completo pago del precio e impuestos de la compraventa. En cualquier caso, el comprador asumirá todos los riesgos en caso de muerte, accidente o enfermedad del animal desde el momento de la adjudicación. 8.- La ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA actúa como mera organizadora y coordinadora de la subasta, a petición de los vendedores, no teniendo responsabilidad alguna respecto de los daños que pudieran sufrir los productos que salen a subasta ni de los que pudieran causar los mismos. 9.- Los accidentes, enfermedades o daños que sufran los animales o los causados por ellos son responsabilidad del vendedor, hasta el momento de la adjudicación, y del comprador a partir de ese momento. 10.- La ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA podrá intervenir, a petición de los vendedores, en las reclamaciones que se formulen por incumplimiento de estas condiciones generales, dando traslado a los Comisarios de la Sociedad de Fomento para su dictamen y efectos oportunos. 11.- Todo vendedor dará por escrito los datos de sus productos que desea sean dados a conocer al público, debiendo manifestar, también por escrito, antes del comienzo de la subasta, las rectificaciones a los datos de sus productos que figuran en el catálogo. La ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA no es responsable de la exactitud de las declaraciones y datos hechos por los vendedores. 12.- Los vendedores serán responsables: - de que los productos presentados a subasta se encuentren vacunados de conformidad con la normativa vigente de sanidad animal, e igualmente de que cumplan los requerimientos sanitarios que establezca Hipódromo de La Zarzuela S.A. - de tener en regla la documentación oficial de cada producto. - de proporcionar el personal y la manutención del producto hasta el momento de su subasta. 13.- El precio de inscripción en la Subasta deberá ser pagado en el momento de formalizar el documento de inscripción. La retirada o no presentación de un producto incluido en el catálogo de la subasta no dará derecho a la devolución de los gastos de inscripción. LA ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE EXCLUIR DE LA SUBASTA A LOS PRODUCTOS CUYO PRECIO DE INSCRIPCIÓN NO HAYA SIDO SATISFECHO EL DÍA 27 DE OCTUBRE DE 2014. 14.- La ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA asumirá: - La confección, diseño y distribución del Catálogo. - La coordinación de la Subasta con Hipódromo de la Zarzuela S.A. - La contratación al efecto de los mozos que pasarán el producto al anillo de la subasta. - La contratación de los Subastadores. - La coordinación de la Subasta en General. - Gestionar por cuenta del comprador que lo desee el cobro a los compradores. 15.- El hecho de participar en esta subasta supone el conocimiento y total aceptación, por vendedores y compradores, de las presentes Condiciones Generales. 16.- Los productos presentados a subasta quedarán estabulados en los boxes que tienen asignados en el hipódromo o en los que éste les asigne y podrán ser examinados previo acuerdo con los vendedores o entrenadores respectivos. 17.- Los compradores de los productos adquiridos en esta subasta se comprometen a no interponer reclamaciones por las lesiones, defectos o incluso muerte que pudieran producirse a partir del momento de la adjudicación. 18.- Una vez un caballo sea adjudicado en el ring, y hasta el momento del pago completo de la compraventa, las ganancias que obtenga en carreras nacionales o extranjeras serán repartidas al 50% entre vendedor y comprador, excepto en los casos en los que el presentador del caballo en la Subasta indique un reparto diferente mediante escrito a la ACPSIE. La información contenida en este escrito será anunciada por el subastador durante el paso del caballo por el ring de subastas. 19.- El plazo de inscripción –mediante ficha disponible en la sede de la Asociación y en la página-web- estará abierto del 17 al 27 de octubre de 2014. El precio de inscripción son 140€+IVA. 20.- La ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES DE PURA SANGRE INGLÉS DE ESPAÑA no cobrará comisiones ni de compra ni de venta por ningún caballo presentado en esta subasta. 21.- La Junta Directiva de la ACPSIE tendrá la facultad de resolver las dudas que puedan plantearse sobre la interpretación y aplicación de las presentes condiciones de la subasta.     Cent ans de jockeys à Chantilly Peinture murale réalisée en juillet-août 2013 par l'artiste LUCAS-FAYTRE Présentation du projet et de l'artiste Biographies et palmarès des jockeys & par Guy ThibauLt historien des courses Porche de la médiathèque 34 rue d'Aumale Edito Chantilly est aujourd’hui unanimement reconnue comme la Capitale du cheval. Elle le doit bien sûr aux 2700 pur- sang qui s’entraînent quotidiennement sur le territoire de la communauté de communes, à ses infrastructures hippiques et équestres, à son histoire mais aussi et surtout à des hommes qui depuis plusieurs siècles construisent jour après jour cette réputation : les jockeys. La ville a donc souhaité honorer la mémoire et la carrière des meilleurs jockeys de plat des 100 dernières années - vivants ou disparus - ayant couru à Chantilly ainsi que des propriétaires et écuries qui ont fait la gloire de Chantilly. Pour cela, et afin de placer encore une fois l’art et l’histoire dans notre quotidien, la municipalité a opté pour la réalisation d’une grande fresque peinte sur un mur de la ville par une artiste de l’Oise Sophie LUCAS-FAYTRE. Pendant plusieurs semaines, nous avons ainsi assisté peu à peu à la naissance de cette peinture murale. Nous avons vu apparaître des portraits, avons reconnu avec joie certains visages, avons découvert ceux des plus anciens dont seuls les noms nous étaient connus. Aujourd’hui, 19 «cracks jockeys» et leurs casaques chatoyantes illuminent le porche de la médiathèque. Souhaitons que cet hommage coloré porte chance aux jockeys d’aujourd’hui et donne envie à ceux d’entre nous qui ne l’auraient pas encore fait, d’assister au merveilleux spectacle que constituent les courses à Chantilly.
