The ceremony will be held at Sweets Family Property competition venue. 2 GENERAL INFORMATION TEAM ENTRIES ARE STILL BEING ACCEPTED. PLEASE PHONE RACHELLE ON 07 3281 2255 (Office hours) Camping is available at the track. There is no power at the track – you must be self-sufficient. ABSOLUTELY NO GENERATORS TO BE RUNNING AFTER 10 PM. The Qld Trials Committee is looking for a solution for providing shower facilities. Male and Female portaloos will be available. JUNIOR COACHING LOGBOOKS This log book must be kept up to date with your most recent coaching activities. You must take this log book with you to every event and it must be shown at sign on/scrutineering along with your licence – THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. You can only enter events on the bike size you have completed the coaching on. The Coaching needs to be recorded fully on the Endorsement Competency Record pages i.e. pages 6-7 of the log book. A Guardianship Form is available from the MQ website – www.mqld.org.au. Please place all rubbish in bins provided. Camping is available at the track. Camping costs are $5 per camp site per night. Gate Entry Cost: Gold Coin donation Merchandise. All pre orders will be bundled individually and named ready for collection from the merchandise tent from 830am on Sat morning. Tent will be manned by 2-3 staff all during the Event. Sorry, no EFPTOS will be available, so customers should be prepared with close to correct money. Stanthorpe is now nationally recognised for its wineries and variety of produce. It is the home of the Queensland College of Wine Tourism and over fifty wineries. Produce from the Stanthorpe region ranges from apples to strawberries, olives, figs 3 and cherries. You will find much delicacies in the area, including cheese making, chocolate factory and even lavender farms Places to visit whilst at Stanthorpe: Granite Belt Wineries including Ballandean Estate Wines, Girraween National Park, Bald Rock National Park, Stanthorpe Visitor information centre, Suttons Juice Factory, Aloomba Lavender Farm, Stanthorpe Museum, Donnellys Castle and Heavenly Chocolate.
