By choosing 100 per cent post-consumer recycled paper over 100 per cent virgin fibre paper, Humber has saved:

88 trees (14 metric tons of wood)

25m3 world eq. of water (263 10-minute showers in North America)

5797 kg CO2 (23,100 km driven by car) Today marks the end of my varsity basketball career. Five years competing 155 GJ (713,270 60-W light bulbs for one hour) at this level has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Through 29 kg NMVOC blood, sweat, tears, giving birth to my son, (28,122 km driven by car) a broken nose, torn meniscus, multiple concussions, so many black eyes I couldn’t even keep track of, and a LOT of winning... Environmental impact estimates were generated I wouldn’t change a thing and I would do it by Rolland. all over again in a heartbeat! So TODAY I didn’t walk away with a medal around my neck...instead I walked away with so much more: multiple championships, lifelong friendships, incredible memories, three post-secondary FSC TO BE 100% academic credentials, my son, my fiancé UPDATED and my family.
