About us Birmingham Mind is a registered charity established in 1962, providing a range of services that aim to support and enable individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. We have over 20 years of experience supporting older people with dementia and other mental health issues. The Association is affiliated to National Mind, which campaigns for improved rights and services for people with mental health problems.
