    Press Release 32 / 2016 The third race at Imola confirms Marcos Siebert as the Championship leader. Kush Maini leads the Rookie Trophy and Jenzer Motorsport is ahead in the Team Classification. The third round of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth was held at the Autodromo di Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Imola in trying weather conditions. Subsequently the official results for Races 1 and 3 have been revised (due to half points being awarded because the race distance completed was less than 75%). ROME 2nd June, 2016 – The rain fell heavily on the Imola circuit throughout the second round of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth. In particular, the results of Races 1 and 3 were found not to be in accordance with the standing event regulations. Therefore, under the direction of the Race Control and the administrative body, the decision has been made to have the classification revised. The complete updated results have been uploaded to the site acisportitalia.it/F4. • Regarding the championship, the overall classification sees the Argentine Marcos Siebert of the Jenzer Motorsport team (who won the opening race at Imola) ahead on 148 points. He is followed by the German Mick Schumacher of Prema Power Team (winner of Race 2 at Imola) on 108 points. Then comes the Mexican driver Raul Guzman of DR Formula on 101 points, the Venezuelan Mauricio Baiz of Kfzteile24 Mucke Motorsport on 85 points, the Dutchman Job Van Uitert of Jenzer Motorsport on 75.5 points, Brazilian Joao Vieria of Antonelli Motorsport on 58, the Chinese driver Ye Yifei of Kfzteile24 Mucke Motorsport on 55, Italian Simone Cunati from Vincenzo Sospiri Racing on 53, the Russian from RB Racing who was second in Race 3 at Imola Yan Shlom on 40.5, the American Juan Manuel Correa of Prema Power Team on 35.5 who won the thrid race at Imola.

    Press Release Number 34 / 2017 Job Van Uitert wins Race 3 at Imola, ahead of Leonardo Lorandi and Marcus Armstrong In the Rookie Trophy Lorandi takes the victory, followed by Fittipaldi and Carrara Imola 10/09/2017 – When Race 3 of the Italian F4 Championship got un- derway - earlier than expected 16:15 instead of 17:00 due to uncertain weather conditions - the sky was cloudy but there was no rain falling for the previous 90 minutes. The track is therefore almost completely dry, which is why the drivers lined up with slick tyres. For safety reasons, however, the race began behind the Safety Car and the race time was reduced from 28’ + 1 lap to 21' + 1 lap. Once underway, it is again the Dutchman Job Van Uitert (Jenzer Motorsport), who already won Race 2, who took the lead im- mediately and then went on to take the checkered flag unchallenged. Be- hind him, however, the battle is intense and the main protagonist is the Estonian Juri Vips (Prema Power Team), who at the first braking point goes from 6th to 4th and, at the end of the second lap, is already up to third. On the sixth lap, Vips tried to overtake the Indian Kush Maini (Jenzer Motor- sport), who goes headlong and also forces his rival to widen in the sand- trap. The two finish in sixth (Vips) and ninth (Maini) positions respectively. • The Italian Leonardo Lorandi (Bhaitech) and New Zealander Marcus Arm- strong (Prema Power Team), second and third respectively, take advantage of this situation. In fourth place is Venezuelan Fernandez, a great result for him considering that he started ninth on the grid.
