Golf Show Summary Varsity Golf Shows, producers of popular and successful consumer golf shows throughout the United States, moved into the Dallas market in 2013 as the owner and operator of the all-new DFW Golf Show.

In adding the Dallas/Fort Worth area to a successful golf show family that includes consumer golf expos in St. Louis, Kansas City, Omaha, Louisville, Los Angeles, Portland and Hartford (Conn.), Varsity extended its reach to the south, bringing its tried-and-true formula of unbeatable values on products and services, thousands of dollars in prizes and giveaways and fun interactive events to the Lone Star State.

More than 6,000 consumers of all backgrounds and abilities packed into the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas throughout the show’s three days to interact with golf industry leaders, save big on equipment and services, take home fabulous prizes and giveaways, enjoy interactive exhibits and meet the organizations, businesses and individuals who administer the game.

Attendees received up to two free rounds of golf, tickets to three PGA and LPGA Tour events — part of a giveaway package valued at over $125 — and enjoyed the season’s best values on products and services from over 100 industry exhibitors, a free driving range lined with manufacturer’s reps, free swing seminars from leading PGA pros and much more.

A widespread media campaign promoted the 2015 show. With media partners in print, television, Internet and radio, the promotion of the event covered all mediums and included appearances and interviews with show organizers.

The 2015 DFW Golf Show was made possible by the support of its sponsors, the volunteers who gave their time to the event, the involvement of the exhibitors and the interest and enthusiasm of the golfing public.
