 UAR is an all-Ireland anti-racism activist platform;  Democratic and led by members, open to everyone;  The UAR principles;  The importance of broad fronts and movements against the far-right and against racism;  UAR Belfast was found in 2018;  Multiple attacks against mosques in the area;  Public meeting with representatives of the Belfast Islamic Centre;  Working with individuals and other organisations;  Engaging with trade unions and creating broad fronts;  Confronting racism with positive messages (Rosetta);  Counter-demonstrations against far-right hate groups (Belfast, 2019);  The Diversity Carnival in 2019;  Institutional racism a major obstacle for the Diversity Carnival;  During COVID-19 majority of activity is online;  Public meetings on key issues;  UAR Conferences and linking movements and activists;  6 June 2020 Black Lives Matter protests;  Peaceful, socially distanced and respectful protests in Belfast and ;  Consequent political repression of BLM activists;  Public campaigns to drop fines, cautions and end prosecutions;  Broad public support for the BLM movement;  Institutional racism and response from the establishment;  The campaign for George Nkencho and the role of UAR;  The importance of confronting the far-right and their use of social media;  Online harassment of Black and minority ethnic people;  Supporting Black and Minority Ethnic people in relation to hate crime;  Creating grassroots narratives;  Amplifying Black and minority ethnic voices;  Building community capacity;  Grassroots led conversations on public policy and legislation;  Strengthening the broad and united fronts against racism (Le Cheile);  Annual 6 June peaceful protest.
