• JT last saw Cruz the night of 2/13, Cruz went to bed around 8:00 or 8:30. • Kimberly saw him the night of 2/13, maybe around 10:30. Cruz was going to get a shower. She did not comment on his demeanor. • Kimberly also saw Cruz the morning of 2/14. Cruz said he was going fishing. She did not comment on his demeanor. • JT described Cruz as being depressed for months which was largely triggered by his mother’s death. • James suspected Cruz’s mother did everything for him since Cruz didn’t drive, cook or do laundry. • Sneads indicated they had no knowledge of Cruz’s plans or reason to have any great concern for his welfare. 44

• Cruz owned an additional 6 firearms: • Ruger .30-06 rifle • Century Arms 7.62 rifle (AK-style) • Remington 12 gauge shotgun • Hi-Point 9x19 mm rifle • Mossberg 12 gauge shotguns (2) • Swastikas etched on stock of one of the shotguns • Stored at Snead residence and friend’s (Hunter McCutcheon) house

Nikolas Cruz’s Weapons • James Snead had guns hidden in his house but Cruz did not know where they were. Some of them were hidden in Cruz’s closet. • The Sneads knew Cruz had multiple guns. • Cruz’s guns were kept in a safe, James had a key and Cruz may have had a key. • The person who sold the safe said he believed there were two keys and that James was making Cruz give him one of the two. • James believed the guns and ammo were kept separate from one another, possibly in different safes. • JT knew Cruz had his own ammo separate, James did not know that. • Cruz kept his guns and his ammo in his safe in his room. • James Snead described Cruz as having an interest, appreciation for guns.
