You may also call Customer Service for updated providers. The pharmacy network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary. Insurance Company of Scott and White offers PPO plans. Enrollment in Scott and White Health Plan or Insurance Company of Scott and White depends on contract renewal. Y0058_PharmacyDirectory_C Updated on/fecha actualizada 09/01/2021 1 Introduction This booklet provides a list of Scott and White Health Plan’s network pharmacies. To get a complete description of your prescription coverage, including how to fill your prescriptions, please review the Evidence of Coverage and Scott and White Health Plan’s formulary. When this pharmacy directory refers to “we,” “us”, or “our,” it means Scott and White Health Plan. When it refers to “plan” or “our plan,” it means BSW SeniorCare Advantage HMO/PPO. We call the pharmacies on this list our “network pharmacies” because we have made arrangements with them to provide prescription drugs to Plan members. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered under Scott and White Health Plan only if they are filled at a network pharmacy or through our mail order pharmacy service. Once you go to one pharmacy, you are not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescription but can switch to any other of our network pharmacies. We will fill prescriptions at non-network pharmacies under certain circumstances as described in your Evidence of Coverage. All network pharmacies may not be listed in this directory. Pharmacies may have been added or removed from the list after this directory was printed. This means the pharmacies listed here may no longer be in our network, or there may be newer pharmacies in our network that are not listed. This list is current as of 09/01/2021. For the most current list, please contact us. Our contact information appears on the front and back cover pages. The pharmacy listing is organized by type of pharmacy (retail pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, home infusion pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy and specialty pharmacy). To locate a pharmacy, first identify the type of pharmacy you need. Then, locate the city closest to you. The pharmacies are listed alphabetically under each city. You can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through our network mail order delivery service. For more information, please contact us or see the mail order section of this pharmacy directory. If you have questions about any of the above, please see the first and last cover pages of this directory for information on how to contact us. 2 Updated on/fecha actualizada 09/01/2021 Scott and White Health Plan 2021 Directorio de farmacias BSW SeniorCare Advantage HMO BSW SeniorCare Advantage PPO Este directorio de farmacias se actualizó en 1 de septiembre de 2021. 4 Updated on/fecha actualizada 08/01/2021 Table of Contents / Tabla de contenidos RETAIL PHARMACIES, INCLUDING CHAIN PHARMACIES | FARMACIAS MINORISTAS, INCLUYENDO FARMACIAS DE CADENA 0ADDISON/ CIUDAD DE ADDISON 11 0ALEDO/ CIUDAD DE ALEDO 11 0ALLEN/ CIUDAD DE ALLEN 11 0ANNA/ CIUDAD DE ANNA 14 0ARGYLE/ CIUDAD DE ARGYLE 14 0ARLINGTON/ CIUDAD DE ARLINGTON 14 0AUBREY/ CIUDAD DE AUBREY 21 0AUSTIN/ CIUDAD DE AUSTIN 21 0AZLE/ CIUDAD DE AZLE 24 0BALCH SPRINGS/ CIUDAD DE BALCH SPRINGS 25 0BARTONVILLE/ CIUDAD DE BARTONVILLE 25 0BEDFORD/ CIUDAD DE BEDFORD 26 0BELLMEAD/ CIUDAD DE BELLMEAD 27 0BELTON/ CIUDAD DE BELTON 27 0BENBROOK/ CIUDAD DE BENBROOK 28 0BEVERLY HILLS/ CIUDAD DE BEVERLY HILLS 28 0BLANCO/ CIUDAD DE BLANCO 28 0BREMOND/ CIUDAD DE BREMOND 29 0BRENHAM/ CIUDAD DE BRENHAM 29 0BRYAN/ CIUDAD DE BRYAN 29 0BUCKINGHAM/ CIUDAD DE BUCKINGHAM 31 0BUFFALO/ CIUDAD DE BUFFALO 31 0BURLESON/ CIUDAD DE BURLESON 31 0BURNET/ CIUDAD DE BURNET 32 0CALDWELL/ CIUDAD DE CALDWELL 33 0CAMERON/ CIUDAD DE CAMERON 33 0CARROLLTON/ CIUDAD DE CARROLLTON 33 0CEDAR HILL/ CIUDAD DE CEDAR

  • Net Lease Pharmacy Report March 2018
Net Lease Pharmacy Report March 2018 NET LEASE PHARMACY INDUSTRY OVERVIEW CVS and Walgreens are the market leaders in the U.S. drugstore industry accounting for more than half of the market share in top metropolitan areas. Over the years, drugstores have evolved into all- encompassing health service providers and as a result have strategically positioned themselves to diversify their portfolios by acquiring key competitors and forging partnerships to protect themselves from growing online threat. Industry demand is driven by an aging population, health issues, and ad- vances in medical treatment. Drugstores rely heavily on their prescription business, which has grown over the years, however same store comparables for front of store sales have decreased. Total 2017 retail sales for prescription drugs filled at pharmacies surpassed $397B* and are speculated to have been upwards of $426B. *Data based on QuintilesIMS National Prescription Audit (NPA) database. • The Purdue Pharmacist
the PURDUE pharmacistn SPRING 2007 VOLUME 83 NO. 1 Lilly Endowment Awards $25 Million to Pharmacy FROM THE DEAN Perhaps the most exciting event to take place since my last letter to you is the announcement of a $25 million grant from the Lilly Endowment. At the end of my first week as Dean, an opportunity arose to submit a proposal to the Endowment. Working with the office of the President and the Provost, we submitted a proposal that has the potential to transform the School and have a major impact on pharmacy practice and the pharmaceutical sciences. You can read more about this opportunity in this issue. During my arrival on campus this past fall, I hit the ground running with numerous activities, and I haven’t slowed down yet. Throughout this issue of The Purdue Pharmacist, you will find highlights from various alumni receptions hosted throughout the country and how students are making a difference in organizations on campus. And although Purdue didn’t leave Orlando with a victory, we were excited for the opportunity to attend a bowl game this year. In the last issue, I mentioned several improvements being made to our facility. You’ll be pleased to read more about the CVS Pharmacy Practice Laboratory and the Hook Drug Foundation Student Lounge in this current issue. Sincere gratitude is extended to all of the donors who made these projects a reality, and I invite each of you to take the time to explore these wonderful new spaces during your next visit to campus. I am also pleased to share with you news about our faculty.

  • The Power Of
A DSN SPECIAL REPORT n 2012, DSN presented an in-depth report on CVS Caremark’s integrated pharmacy business model — part big retail pharmacy chain, part big PBM, part big retail clinic operator — and the innova- tive products and solutions that were coming out of the organization, particularly where the three parts of Ithe business came together, its “integration sweet spots,” as company executives referred to them. It was clear at the time that the company had emerged as a “category of one,” which was the cover theme of that special issue. Now, a year later, as the company completes its 50th year in business and the country awaits a period of change in health care unlike anything seen in at least that time, CVS Caremark executives are quite confident that its unique hybrid structure and its ability to leverage the three core parts of its business — either individually or together, in varying combinations to serve a multitude of needs — aligns more effectively with the long-term trends in health care and puts the company in a unique position at a singular moment in history. In an exclusive interview with DSN, CVS Caremark president and CEO Larry Merlo talked about what that means, why it’s important to both public and private pay- ers of all sizes, health plans, patients and providers, as well as how the company is using behavioral economics and predictive analytics to more effectively engage clients and customers and how they are building new clinical capabilities to address the new models of care, new cus- tomers and new quality standards that will guide the new payment models that will emerge through health reform.
