Oplenac The most interesting part of a Royal Museum

Complex is St. George Church, the mausoleum of the Karadjordjevic family, covered in white marble. The even more beautiful interior walls are decorated in mosaics, representing the most significant June frescoes from sixty Serbian medieval churches and monasteries. The impression of luxury and opulence is particularly enhanced by the floor made of th multicoloured polished marble.

Since the 1966 Beli Venčac international sculpture workshop, the park has boasted a unique and growing collection of Day 2 marble sculptures.
