SITE DETAILS & LOCATION: This site is situated adjacent to Anfield Stadium in a residential area providing an exciting opportunity for a developer as there will be significant footfall to the site. Anfield High Street will undergo significant transformation over the next few years with the creation of new commercial units, a high-end brand hotel and upgrade of the public realm. Liverpool Football Club are proposing further stadium expansion with associated public realm at Anfield Road.
