    Semi-annual review Euronext-Vigeo indices Paris, November 20th 2013 Vigeo and Euronext, a wholly owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange Group, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), have completed the semi-annual revision of their indices. The new composition will become effective from Monday 2nd of December 2013. The range of Euronext-Vigeo indices is composed of the following seven indices: -Euronext-Vigeo France 20, -Euronext-Vigeo UK 20, -Euronext-Vigeo Benelux 20, -Euronext-Vigeo US 50, -Euronext-Vigeo Eurozone 120, -Euronext-Vigeo Europe 120, -Euronext-Vigeo World 120. The index constituents reflect company performance with regards to the set of risks Vigeo defines and evaluates to assess and measure corporate responsibility. Index composition is updated twice a year, in June and December. Their composition is detailed in tables in the appendix hereunder. Methodology and highlights The added constituents are companies rated highest for control of corporate responsibility risk and contribution to sustainable development. Performance is measured by the Equitics method pioneered by Vigeo. Ratings are based on 38 criteria including respect of environment policy, human rights and recognition of companies’ human capital, corporate governance and business ethics; including integrity in influencing policy and effort to fight corruption; and the prevention of negative impacts on the social and environmental supply and subcontracting chain. Vigeo draws on its existing database to analyse nearly 330 indicators for each company. The update of the Euronext-Vigeo indices in December 2013 features the addition of a number of companies belonging to the real estate sector. These companies have significantly improved their commitments to integrate ESG objectives and principles into their strategies, operations and reporting practices.

    Paris, le 26 mai 2021 L’avenir du bureau post crise sanitaire vu par les grands dirigeants d’entreprises Une étude d’Elabe pour Gecina Afin de recueillir la vision de grands dirigeants d’entreprises sur le rapport au travail et à l’entreprise, les futurs équilibres territoriaux et l’organisation des lieux de vie, l’urgence environnementale et l’impact de l’ensemble de ces évolutions sur l’immobilier d’entreprise, Gecina a mené une enquête qualitative auprès de grands dirigeants d’entreprise. Cette étude a été réalisée par le cabinet d’études et de conseil ELABE entre le 6 octobre 2020 et le 20 janvier 2021. Au total, 24 entretiens d’une heure en moyenne ont été menés auprès de dirigeants (DG, PDG, Secrétaires généraux) des grands groupes industriels et des entreprises de services listées ci-après : AG2R La Mondiale, Barbanel, BNP Paribas, Boston Consulting Group, Bureau Veritas, Chanel, Edenred, Elior, Engie, Fnac Darty, Groupe ADP, Groupe Casino, Hermès, Legrand, LVMH, McKinsey, Natixis, Ricoh, Saint-Gobain, Schneider Electric, Sodexo, Total, Vicat, Vinci. Soit 17 groupes du SBF 120 dont 8 groupes listés au CAC 40. Les principaux enseignements de l’enquête I - Monde du travail et crise sanitaire : des tendances accélérées et une révélation Interrogés sur les mutations déjà à l’œuvre dans le monde du travail, ces 24 grands dirigeants identifient deux phénomène sociétaux majeurs qui bouleversent fortement le fonctionnement de leur entreprise. 1.     Paris, March 12, 2018 Gecina joins the CAC Next 20 and CAC Large 60 indices Gecina will be joining the CAC Next 20 and CAC Large 60 indices from March 19, 2018. This decision, announced by Euronext on March 8, follows the quarterly review of the make-up of the various CAC indices. Gecina’s inclusion in these indices reflects the impact of its solid stock market performance over the past few years, as well as the increase in the size of its float, particularly following its acquisition of Eurosic in the second half of 2017. Gecina’s market capitalization represented €10.6bn at March 9, 2018, with a float of nearly 60% or €6.3bn. Méka Brunel, Chief Executive Officer: “Joining the CAC Next 20, the index that groups together the Paris stock exchange’s 20 most representative stocks in terms of capitalization, float and liquidity after the 40 stocks from the CAC 40, sends out a strong message for Gecina”.     Paris, February 11, 2021 Sale of 16 non-strategic assets Gecina has sold a mixed portfolio of 16 assets with non-strategic profiles, due to their location or size, to two funds managed by Keys REIM, the Keys Asset Management Group’s portfolio management company, for a total of €54.6m excluding duties. This 26,000 sq.m portfolio is made up of office assets, as well as retail units and parking spaces located in Paris, the Paris Region and other regions across France. With this sale, Gecina is moving forward with its strategy to rationalize its portfolio and further strengthening, in the Paris Region, the centrality of its office assets in sectors with a focus on mixed-uses and proximity. On this operation, Gecina was advised by the notary’s office Cheuvreux and the consulting firms JLL and Catella.
