Judge Brownhill worked as an attorney with a family and juvenile law practice until her appointment to the bench Hon. Paula Brownhill, in 1994. She is active in the Judicial Engagement and Leadership Institute (JELI) and chairs its Dependency 101 Clatsop County Circuit Mentor Committee. She chairs the Clatsop County Juvenile Dependency Team. She received the Court Juvenile Court Champion Award in 2002 and the Chief Justice’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015. The Hon. Daniel R. Murphy is a Senior Judge from Linn County, Oregon. He served as Circuit Judge in Linn County 1994 through 2018.
