June 2019 KEY ORDERING DEADLINES As we approach the end of the 2019 model year, it is important to remember that all order cutoff dates are subject to change, sometimes without advance notice from the manufacturer. Please be aware that placing an order with a manufacturer on or before the scheduled cutoff date does not necessarily guarantee order fulfillment. To help secure vehicles with your preferred specifications, please submit orders as early as possible, or no later than 12:00 PM two business days prior to the scheduled manufacturer cutoff date. In June 2019, BMW Group and Daimler AG invested more than $1 billion to combine their ride-hailing, car-sharing, parking, charging and transport offerings. The new company will include five joint ventures: REACH NOW for multimodal services, CHARGE NOW for charging, FREE NOW for taxi ride- hailing, PARK NOW for parking, and SHARE NOW for car-sharing. “We are creating a leading global game changer. The 60 million customers we already have today will benefit from a seamlessly integrated, sustainable ecosystem of car-sharing, ride-hailing, parking, charging and multimodal transport services. We have a clear vision: these five services will merge ever more closely to form a single mobility service portfolio with an all-electric, self-driving fleet of vehicles that charge and park autonomously and interconnect with the other modes of transport,” said Harald Krüger, Management Board Chairman of BMW AG. “This service portfolio will be a key cornerstone in our strategy as a mobility provider. From at least 1998 through 2008, Daimler AG, formerly knoWn as DaimlerChrysler AG ("Daimler" or the "Company"), and certain ofits subsidiaries and affiliates, violated the anti-bribery, books and records and internal controls provisions ofthe Foreign _ Corrupt Practices Act (the "FCPA") by making illicit payments, directly or indirectly, to foreign government officials in order to secure and maintain business worldWide. 2. During this time period, Daimler paid bribes to government officials to further government sales in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Daimler also violated the FCPA's books and records and internal controls provisions in connection with the 51 transactions and at least an additional 154 transactions, in which it made improper payments totaling atleast $56 million to secure business in 22 countries, including, among others, Russia, China, Nigeria, Vietnam, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, North Korea, andIndonesia.
