Tirupalaiah went from the home without any intimation and did not returned to the home. Previously i.e., since about 06 months back the missing person went from home and returned to the home after 02 days. So the complainant awaited 02 days for her husband but he did not come back, then with the help of her relatives she made search in surrounding area and her relative’s houses but in vain.
