Helen Woodward Animal Center’s 14th Annual Surf Dog Surf-a-Thon unites thousands of attendees to help orphan pets elen Woodward Animal Center held its signature beach event, the 14th Annual HSurf Dog Surf-A-Thon Sept. 8.
